“As we use technology to make our environment more efficient and more productive, it frees up resources and we will be investing half of those savings back into the business,” he said. “There will be a piece of the workforce that will see a bit of a reduction. … We do expect to see some local impact but we’ll have this reinvestment opportunity as well, so assuming there is skills alignment or skill adaptability you can arrest part of that transitioning effect.”
