First-stage development will be automation and embedded hardware which Advantech has been engaged for many years and scored points, at the second stage will be development of software/hardware-integrated SRPs (solution-ready packages) to provide integrated services, third-stage development will be vertical industry system integrators which can provide software/hardware-integrated industry-specific solutions, Liu noted. As third-stage development will involve providing of industry-specific cloud computing services, vertical industry system integrators may be domain-focused system integrators with in-depth industry knowledge.
