Cisco to deploy network infrastructure for Dubai Expo 2020 – Telecompaper
Cisco is working with Smartworld to deploy parts of Expo’s digital IP network infrastructure, including Cisco intent-based networking equipment. As a Cisco Premier Partner, Smart Technology Services DWC (Smartworld) has the expertise to build an intelligent and secure network for Expo 2020, the company said. The network will support the digital experience offered at Expo 2020, helping visitors, participants and businesses connect from anywhere on the 4.38-sq-km site, on any device. The network is also designed to support over 100,000 IoT devices during Expo.
